We are really focused on ensuring that Staff Wellbeing is thought about and supported throughout the year. We have a wellbeing committee within the Trust that meets half termly as well as opportunities to give feedback to the Wellbeing lead and the Headteacher on a regular basis about everything related to the school and trust. We hold staff surveys and feedback to governors on an annual basis as well as celebrating our staff through our weekly bulletin and end of term ‘Awards’. We also hold regular wellbeing events and activities every term to demonstrate our appreciation of all staff in school.
