The Grove Careers strategy works within the framework of the Gatsby Benchmarks.  We provide a targeted strategy so that our pupils are prepared for the transition into post compulsory education, pre-internships, internships and employment.

We use the CDI Evaluation Tool to complete three evaluations a year.  This allows us to identify the areas of strength and the areas we still need to develop further in order to support the pupils next steps.
